“I love helping people get healthy, strong, and fit. I do that by teaching women and men how to safely and effectively lift weights to build a strong and fit body. I make fitness and nutrition PERSONAL for you.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam and then left for school where I obtained my BS degree in Biology from the University of Kentucky. I have been involved in sports and fitness all my life playing tennis, softball, swimming and bodybuilding. I had been a competitive bodybuilder for over 10 years and was a champion bodybuilder. My championship career includes the 2001 South Pacific Women’s Bodybuilding Champion, 2003 South Pacific Games Women’s Bodybuilding Champion and 2003 IFBB Women’s World Amateur Lightweight Champion. I have been a personal trainer since 2005. I am also a Precision Nutrition (PN1) certified nutrition coach.

I understand how challenging losing weight can be and how the rigors of dieting can play havoc on your mind and body. I also know that fast and extreme diets are not sustainable in the long run. I wanted to find a better way to help people lose weight and keep it in check, and at the same time, enjoy life with my family and friends. I think I have a great system to share and teach you.”
