Certified Yogi Sasha Denjis will be leading an hour of Hatha yoga in our Workout Room. Hatha yoga improves core strength, balance and flexibility with a meditative environment that will allow for improvement of mental relaxation. Hatha yoga classes include include asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. Perfect for beginners or those who wish to advance or deepen your practice.
